Due to the nature of our work and hygiene standards, Irezumi Ink does not offer refunds on services provided. Please read the following carefully before booking or purchasing.
1. Tattoo & Piercing services
- No refunds are offered on completed tattoos or piercings.
- We provide full aftercare guidance- it is your responsibility to follow it. We are not liable for any results caused by improper aftercare or failure to disclose relevant health conditions.
2. Deposits
- All deposits are non-refundable, no exceptions.
- Deposits are required to secure your appointment and will be deducted from the final cost of your service.
- If you need to reschedule, you must provide at least 48 hours notice - otherwise, your deposit will be lost.
- Deposits are valid for one reschedule only. Further reschedules will require a new deposit.
3. Retail products (Jewellery, Aftercare, etc.)
- For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on body jewellery, aftercare products, or skincare items.
- Faulty items must be returned within 14 days of purchase for an exchange or store credit.
- Proof of purchase is required.
4. Gift vouchers
- Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Vouchers must be used within their stated expiry date.
- Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced, so please treat them like cash.
- Vouchers may be used toward tattoo or piercing services and in-studio products, unless otherwise stated.
